It's hard to believe there is only one more week in February. We've survived a crazy January and February in Ohio, so March should be a breeze...I hope.
This last Sunday of the month, Feb. 23, brings Sunday school at 9:00, with worship at 10:15. The sacrament of communion will be offered. At 2:00 (pre-concert organ recital will begin at 1:30, with a bell choir opening at 1:55), the "Community of Faith Musical Celebration" will take place at Trinity United Methodist Church. Ten local churches will help celebrate Orrville's Sesquicentennial, including Christ Church. Church choirs, a bell choir, liturgical dancers, praise bands, and a hymn sing will be a part of this celebration. The Schantz Organ Company will also be honored. It is sure to be an enjoyable afternoon. Confirmation will meet at 5:00 p.m.
All is quiet until Wednesday when Kid's Club meet and the choirs rehearse.
The "Body & Soul" Study will continue on Thursday, 7:00 p.m.
