I can't believe all of the holiday festivities will be starting next week. June has surely gone by in a flash.
Pastor Gehres will be back at the pulpit this last Sunday in June. After worship, an Intergenerational Mission Trip meeting will be held in the fellowship hall. It is not too late to sign up to participate in this trip! If you are interested or have questions, please attend this meeting. This Sunday is also the last day the youth will be collecting non-perishable food items for People to People. Thanks to everyone who has already donated.
Faith Olympics Bible School is scheduled for July 10-13! Youth ages 3 though those who just completed 5th grade are invited to attend. We will hold opening ceremonies on Sunday, July 10, at 6:00 p.m. in the green space. The whole family is invited. Then, Monday-Wednesday, from 6:15-8:15, we will learn about Ruth, Esther, and Job--people who showed strength and perseverance. There will be Bible time, crafts, games, snacks, and more! Of course friends are welcome--the more the merrier! To register, email Elizabeth at christucc@zoominternet.net with the name, age, and emergency contact phone number for your child(ren).
