With the Youth Auction and Easter, it has been awhile since we have had a Third Sunday Potluck, but we will end the potluck year with a bang this Sunday, May 19, when we hold our annual cookout! Burgers and hot dogs will be provided. Bring a side dish or dessert to share, along with your place settings. The Fellowship Committee appreciates everyone's ongoing support of the potlucks, and hopes that you will share your favorite "go-to" potluck recipe in the 150th Anniversary Cookbook (more information about the cookbooks and how to submit recipes will be forthcoming).
But before the potluck and worship, the Sunday School recognition will be held at 9:00 a.m. with a light breakfast. This year's teachers, volunteers, and acolytes will be recognized for the time and talents they shared. All are welcome to come and give appreciation.
A Congregational Meeting to vote leadership positions will be held after the Benediction in worship. A full slate of candidates will be printed in the bulletin.
The Chancel Choir will rehearse on Wednesday.
