Holy Week Schedule:
PALM SUNDAY—April 9; Worship at 10:15 a.m. recalls Christ’s entry into Jerusalem beginning with a procession of palms and festive music. The service then moves to anticipate the coming days of Holy Week with a reading from Matthew’s Gospel of the Passion of Jesus.
MAUNDY THURSDAY—April 13, 7:00 p.m., Fellowship Hall (Stations of the Cross and Communion at tables)
7:45 p.m. Sanctuary (Tenebrae Service)
GOOD FRIDAY—April 14,7:00 p.m., Community Good Friday service at 1st Presbyterian Church.
EASTER SUNDAY—April 16
6:30 a.m. Sunrise Service (continental breakfast following)
8:00 a.m. Worship, Communion
10:15 a.m. Worship, Communion
Spiritual Council and Consitory meet on Monday on 6:00 & 7:00.
The Bell and Chancel Choir will rehearse on Wednesday.
Confirmation students, mentors, etc. who are attending the Greek Orthodox Good Friday Service should meet at the church at 6:15 next Friday.
