April sure flew by in a hurry, didn't it? We can finally look forward to warmer weather, graduation parties, and cookouts.
This Sunday, May 3, an Inquirer's Class will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the library. During worship we will be collecting the SARA special offering (newsletters are being mailed today, and there was a typo about which Sunday to bring your SARA offering). Parish Nurses will monitor blood pressures following worship. Youth Fellowship will also meet right after worship for lunch (provided) and then head to Freelander Park for frisbee golf. Permission slips need to be signed to go.
On Monday night, the Green Team will meet at 6:00, the Fellowship Committee at 7:00, and Spiritual Council at 7:00.
The Chancel Choir will rehearse on Wednesday.
The National Day of Prayer service will be held here at 12:00 noon on Thursday. A group will meet at City Hall and then walk to the church for the service.
