Let's catch up on what is happening at Christ Church!
This Sunday, the Youth Bell Choir will rehearse at 9:00 a.m. Sunday school also meets at 9:00. Worship begins at 10:15. The Parish Nurses will be stationed at the back of the sanctuary following the service to monitor blood pressures. Everyone is invited to take advantage of this ministry. Home communion will begin at 1:00. The Carol Choir and Youth Fellowship will meet at the Alice Noble Ice Arena from 3:45-5:15 for ice skating!
Also, on Sunday, tickets for the Relay for Life annual Tea Party will be on sale before and after worship in the gathering area. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 ages 3-10, and ages 2 and under are free. Pastor Gehres will be the program presenter for the afternoon, and will talk about his book, "Meanderings With Grace." Gather your friends and family for this fun event.
The youth will also be selling Christ Church apparel before and after worship in the gathering area. All proceeds from sales will go to the Youth Mission Trip fund. Click HERE for an order form. The same design and items as last year will be available, with new and updated colors.
Besides cold and wetness just in time for softball and baseball practices to begin next week, Spiritual Council will meet on Monday at 7:00 p.m., and the Bell and Chancel choirs will rehearse at their usual times on Wednesday.
