Sunday school and worship will begin at 9:00, and 10:15 respectively this Sunday, March 26. Just a reminder that this will be the last Sunday to buy tickets to the Relay for Life Tea Party and to turn in your Easter flower order. Youth Fellowship will be held at 6:00 p.m . at the OHS old gym. Drop-off and pick-up will be there. Enter the doors where the "Gym" sign is.
The last Kid's Club of the year will take place at 5:15 on Wednesday. Thanks to everyone who made this year's Kid's Club so successful. From a parental point of view, I know how much I appreciate all the time, attention, and patience all the volunteers give throughout the year. The choirs will rehearse at their usual times Wednesday evening.
I want to clarify the Akron Steel Drum Band schedule for April 1. The Band will be presenting the afternoon program for the Tea Party. If you bought/buy tickets to the Tea, they will be the entertainment. Then at 7:00, the Steel Drum Band will be back in the sanctuary for a concert at 7:00. This concert is open to the public. A free will offering will be collected and proceeds will go to the American Concert Society. So, you actually have two opportunities to see the Band on April 1.
