It's the first "Chat" of the new year. Here's what's happening...
This Sunday, January 11, the morning will begin with Sunday school at 9:00. Worship follows at 10:15. A coffee hour will be held in the fellowship hall following the service. Confirmation is scheduled for 5:00.
Consistory will meet at 7:00 on Monday before the big game. I have a sneaky suspicion it might be the shortest consistory meeting on record.
The usual activities are on tap for Wednesday night.
The Daughter's Dinner is scheduled for February 7, at 5:00 p.m. Tickets for the event will be on sale before and after worship starting this Sunday through the 25th. Cost is $8 for adults, $5 for ages 4-12, and free for ages three and under. The Fellowship committee is extremely excited about this event as there is a new menu and a new fun activity in the works. One thing that is staying the same, however, is the assembly of baby bundles for CAMO. Tags for the items needed for these bundles can be found in the gathering area, and donations can be returned to the designated box there. The Fellowship committee is hoping for another huge turn out, and hopes you invite a special woman in your life to join you for this event.
