Whew, what a December it has been! It is hard to believe that Christmas Eve is a week away. Here's the scoop on what to expect in the week ahead:
Friday, Dec. 18--office closed. I will be taking a vacation day.
Sunday, Dec. 20--The premiere of this year's Sunday school Christmas Program! We are still in the middle of production, but the pageant will be ready to view on our YouTube channel (Christ UCC) on Sunday. A link will be sent to your email as soon as it is uploaded! It's a Christmas program like never before and definitely one for the record books. Don't miss it! We will also be holding a Congregational Budget meeting via Zoom at 11:30, to approve the 2021 proposed budget. You will be receiving an email with a link to view the proposed budget and a link for the Zoom meeting.
Christmas Eve, Dec. 24--Parking Lot/Drive-In worship services at 7:30 & 11:00 (musical preludes beginning at 7:00 & 10:30). Join us in our parking lot this year to celebrate the birth of Christ. In lieu of our traditional indoor candlelight service, we will be worshiping from our cars with an opportunity at the end of the service to gather ‘round the manger in candlelight for “Silent Night.” We ask that masks be worn when exiting your vehicle.
