It's going to be a festive day at Christ Church this Sunday, December 14. The morning will begin with a breakfast in the fellowship hall at 8:45. After enjoying egg cassarole, muffins, and other goodies, we will head up to the sanctuary at 9:15 for the children's Christmas program. The youth in Kid's Club and Carol Choir have been working hard on this comical rendition of the Christmas story. Everyone is invited and no RSVP's are needed!
Also on Sunday, is the 6th Annual Cookie Exchange! The Fellowship committee hopes you will participate by bringing a dozen or two of your favorite Christmas cookies and drop them off in the kitchen before worship. The coffee hour will be held following worship where everyone is invited to partake in some cookies and hot chocolate. Before leaving, make a tray of cookies to take home with you. This is a great way to get a variety of cookies without all of the hard work!
The Carol, Chancel, and Bell choirs will rehearse at their usual times on Wednesday. Kid's Club will meet from 5:15-6:45.
The January newsletter deadline is next Friday, Dec. 19.
A big thank you goes to everyone who rang the Salvation Army bell at Buehler's, and donated gifts for the Angel Tree.
