This Sunday, December 2, is the first Sunday in Advent. During worship, the sacrament of communion will be offered. The Parish Nurses will be stationed at the back of the sanctuary following the service to monitor blood pressures. From 5-7 p.m. everyone is invited to Advent Family Night! The Christian Ed. committee will take us on a tour around the world to see what Christmas is like in different countries. Dinner will be provided!
Spiritual Council will meet on Monday at 7:00 p.m.
Next Tuesday is our day to ring the Salvation Army Bell at Buehler's, so those of you who signed up make sure your calendar is marked. A big, big thank you goes to everyone who volunteered to take a shift. The Youth Ministries Council meets at 6:30 that evening.
The regular Wednesday night activities are scheduled for the 5th.
There are still some Angel Tree tags hanging in the Gathering Area. Please pick a tag and return the gift, unwrapped, by Dec. 12.
