It's Blanket Sunday this week at Christ Church. Our Blanket Sunday skits are a long-standing tradition, and this year's production won't disappoint, so be prepared for some entertainment during announcement time. The special offering for Church World Service will be collected during worship, and offering envelopes will be available in the pews. Following worship, the Fellowship committee hopes you make plans to stay for the Third Sunday Potluck. Confirmation will be held at 5:00, with Youth Fellowship following at 6:00.
Tickets for the Daughters Dinner can also be purchased before or after worship on Sunday in the gathering area. The dinner will be held Saturday, Feb. 4, 5:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Tickets are $8.00 for adults, $5.00 ages 3-10, and 2 and under are free. The Fellowship committee promises a fun, relaxed time for you and the special women in your life. Baby Bundles will once again be assembled, and tags with the items needed are hanging in the gathering area. Please take a tag, purchase the item, and return it to the gathering area by Jan. 29.
The Green Team meets on Monday night, 6:30 p.m. Christian Ed. meets at 7:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, the Mission committee will hold a meeting at 6:00 p.m.
The usual activities are on tap for Wednesday. It is a Family Night at Kid's Club. Please let Lisa know if your family will NOT be attending. The Music Team is scheduled to meet at 8:30 p.m.
