Christ Church will kick-off the week of Thanksgiving with food, friends, and giving.  First, the annual Cornucopia Offering, benefitting housing ministries, will be collected during worship.  Second, following the service everyone is invited to the Third Sunday potluck in the fellowship hall.  Beverages are provided, but please bring your table settings and a side dish to share.  Third, the Fellowship Committee invites you to stay after the potluck and join them for the Browns/Steelers watch party at 1:00.  The idea is to take advantage of the newly installed TV's and join friends (or friendly rivals) as we cheer on our favorite team.  The football game will be be shown in the youth room.  The fellowship hall will be open for kids who might not be interested in watching the game to play.  The kids can bring board/card games and the shuffleboard equipment will be set out.  If you would like to bring your favorite tailgating snack to share, please feel free, but it is definitely not mandatory.

Also on Sunday, be sure to sign up to take a 20 minute shift for the Living Nativity on November 25.  We need volunteers to portray Mary, Joseph, shepherds, and wisemen during this time.  Cookies are also needed for this event, so sign up on the office bulletin board if you are able to bake a dozen or two.

On Monday, the Green Team meets at 6:30, and Christian Ed. meets at 7:00.

The Carol, Bell, and Chancel choirs will rehearse on Wednesday.  There is NO Kid's Club.

The office will be closed Friday, Nov. 25, but the Living Nativity will begin at 5:00.  The Choral Union concert is scheduled to begin at 6:45 in our sanctuary.
