This Sunday, November 15, is Consecration Sunday. The Stewardship Ministry Team encourages you to bring your Estimate of Giving Cards with you to worship this week. There will be a time during the service to bring the cards up to the altar.
This Sunday also brings a potluck. Bring a dish to share and your table settings. During the potluck there will be an opportunity for anyone who has been on a mission trip, or would like to be a part of one in the future, to share and discuss possible ideas (when? where?). Dwaine Hemphill along with the Mission Committee will be leading the mission trip think group, so find his table and enjoy good food and brainstorming.
Everyone is invited to burn off some energy Sunday afternoon, when Christ Church goes rollerskating! We have Wooster Skateland (attached to Acres of Fun) all to ourselves from 4-6 p.m. Spectators are invited to come as well! The snack bar will be open. Donations to help off-set the cost of the rental will be accepted.
On Tuesday, the Golden Singles will meet in the church parking lot at 11:30 a.m., then carpool to Quince restaurant in Kidron.
Wednesday is busy as always with Kid's Club and the choirs meeting at their usual times.

On Sunday, November 22, following worship we will be having a reception & book signing, celebrating the release of Pastor Gehres' book Meanderings With Grace. Here is how you can receive a copy (or more) to have for the book signing: 1) order online at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, BAM! 2) purchase one from the church office during the week 3) receive one book per household (on Nov. 22 only) for a donation. Proceeds will go to Wayne County Habitat for Humanity.
