Friday the 13th and a full moon? Everyone be careful out there--ha, ha!
It has been so nice to have the preschool children back at school this week. I have loved seeing all their excited faces (no crying this year)!
This Sunday, September 15, the Endowment committee will meet at 9:00. Sunday school also begins at 9:00, and there are classes for everyone! Worship will start at 10:15. Following worship, our first Third Sunday Potluck of the new season will be held!! The Fellowship committee is hoping for a big crowd to get these lunches off to a great start. Remember, committee members are able to heat up, cook, assemble, etc. food that you bring. A sticky note pad will be sitting on the counter, and you can write down any directions you have for the members. Please bring your table service and a dish to share. Beverages will be provided. Confirmation will meet at 12:00. And Youth Fellowship will finally meet for the annual Back to School Bash at Putt 'n Stuff at 6:00!
On Monday, the Care Ministries Cabinet will have a meeting at 1:00. Christian Ed. meets at 7:00.
The Ladies Lunch Bunch will dine at Buehler's on Wednesday at noon. All women of the church are invited to come and catch up with friends. Chancel choir will rehearse at 7:30.
On Thursday, the Worship Committee meets at 7:00.
The newsletter deadline is next Friday.
The church parking lot will be closed on Saturday, Sept. 21 for repair, but will be open for church on Sunday the 22nd.
