What a wild and crazy few weeks of weather we've been having, huh?  I am so glad to have the windows open and a cool breeze coming in the office this afternoon.  Here's hoping we have a great weather weekend especially on Sunday night for our Ice Cream Social.  The fellowship committee will have ice cream with all the toppings set up under the ramp.  There will be fun activities for the kids, and cornhole games set up for everyone to enjoy.  Bring your lawn chair as we plan to relax and enjoy a Sunday evening hanging out with friends and eating ice cream.  It doesn't get any better than that!

Did you know there is a Prayer Station set up in the Chapel on Sunday mornings this summer?  This week's focus is on the practice of encountering others.  Interesting, right?  The focus changes from week to week, so stop by and see what it is all about.

After worship this Sunday a coffee hour will be held in the fellowship hall.

Don't forget to register your child/ren or grandchildren for Vacation Bible School!  We will kick-off VBS with a splash park in the green space on July 21, 6:00 p.m.  The whole family is invited to this event.  VBS will be held for preschoolers-4th graders on July 22-24, 6:15-8:15 p.m.  "God's Blue Earth" is the theme this year and children will learn to celebrate the sacred gift of water through Bible stories, crafts, games and science experiments.  You can call or email the church office to register your child, or download a registration form.
