I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. I appreciated and enjoyed my week of vacation, but was also glad to be back home. I am very grateful that I can count my place of employment as "home," too.
This Sunday's (April 11) worship service will be livestreamed at 10:15 on our YouTube channel and posted there for whenever you choose to watch. It is Camp Sunday, so there will be a camp theme running through the service. By the way, Summer Camp Registration is now open. There are a variety of different camp experiences offered (in-person, camp-in-a-box, etc.) Go to heartland.ucc.org to look at the full schedule and opportunities. Keep in mind that Christ Church pays half of everyone's camper fee.
You might have received an email from me earlier in the week about signing up to help with the Bed Building project. This will take place on April 18, from 3-6, and April 19, 20, 21, & 22, from 5-7 p.m. There are still slots that need filled. You do not have to have any prior woodworking knowledge, and all tools and materials will be provided. All ages welcome! Construction will take place here at the Church in the green space.
