The Green Team is hosting the coffee hour this Sunday, April 22, Earth Day. They will bring attention to palm oil, an additive in a tremendous number of food and non-food items. Unfortunately, vital rain forests are being cut down and traditional farm land is being lost to make way for palm oil plantations and industry. A display will be set up to teach us how to identify palm oil in products and how to avoid them.
Confirmation II and parents will meet at 5:00 on Sunday to work on stoles, and Youth Fellowship will begin at 6:00.
The Care Ministries Cabinet is scheduled to meet at 1:00 on Monday.
The Bridging Team convenes at 7:00 on Tuesday.
The Chancel Choir is back to the normal rehearsal time of 6:30 on Wednesday.
