February is just a few days away--that much closer to spring!  There are some fun things planned, starting with the Christ Church Love Connection, happening the whole month of February!  Here are the details: Missing your church friends a little extra during these cold months? Get ready to play Christ Church Love Connection and help us to stay connected with each other! For the month of February we'll be tagging the doors of people in the congregation with hearts to let them know we're thinking about them. If your door gets tagged, pick a pew buddy or two that you miss and pass it on to them! Once you've been tagged you can take the hearts off your door if you want, just be sure to leave ONE up so that we know you've been tagged. We want to spread the love to as many people as possible this month, so please don't tag anyone twice! You can cut your own hearts out at home or stop in the office to pick some up. Just a reminder that we will have a Zoom worship service this Sunday, Jan. 31.  An invitation link will be arriving in your inboxes on Saturday.  We hope to see some new faces join us!

Looking ahead:

• Ash Wednesday is February 17.  From 5:30-6:30 PM, all are welcome to drive or walk up to the Gathering Area doors to receive the imposition of ashes.  Covid-19 safety protocols will be in place, and you don't have to leave the comfort of your vehicle.  Then, at 7:00 PM, we will be livestreaming the Ash Wednesday service on our YouTube channel.  More details to come, but I wanted you to be aware of what the plan is.
• Women's Game Night on February 19, 7:00 PM.  Our annual Women's Retreat is usually held in February, so in lieu of that, we are going to have fun virtually!  The best part is, you can wear your most comfy outfit, have your favorite snack ready, and just relax and laugh with your Christ Church friends.  We do need RSVP's, so please let me or Kaylene know if you will be participating.
