Is anyone else as confused as I am about what day and month it is? I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that it is already November! Time is going by so quickly.
Anyway, this Sunday, November 10, Sunday school will begin at 9:00. Worship follows at 10:15. As in past years all veterans are invited to meet in the gathering area before worship. They will enter together facing the altar and cross, bow briefly, do a 1/4 turn to the flag, hand salute, return to front and then join their families for worship. A coffee hour will be held after worship. Youth Fellowship will meet at 6:00 p.m.
Consistory meets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
Kids Club and the choirs will rehearse at their usual times on Wednesday. The Pastoral Relations committee will hold a meeting at 6:30 p.m.
Thanks to all who came out for the bonfire and hayride last Sunday, and especially to our host for the hard work put in to make it a success!
