Be sure to stop by Christ Church on Friday evening to see our Living Nativity and to grab some cookies and hot cider, during the Home for the Holidays event in downtown Orrville! Santa Claus is scheduled to arrive at the manger at 7:30. There will also be live animals at the nativity, and make sure to check out the ice sculpture Christ Church members helped sponsor!
November 28, is the first Sunday in Advent. Sunday school starts at 9:00, with worship beginning at 10:15. A coffee hour will follow.
Spiritual Council will meet on Monday night, 7:00 p.m.
I still have three time slots (noon-1:00, 2:00-3:00, 3:00-4:00) to fill for ringing the Salvation Army bell at Buehler's on Tuesday, Nov. 30. If you are able to help any of those times, please sign up on Friday or Sunday while you are here, or give me a call.
All of the usual activities are on tap for Wednesday night.
