Remember to bring your Estimate of Giving cards with you to worship this Sunday, November 19. It is Consecration and Thanksgiving Sunday. We will gather for the Third Sunday Potluck after worship, so bring a dish to share and your table settings, and your appetitie! Youth Fellowship/Kid's Club and families will head out for the Rake 'n Run following lunch. Confirmation will be held at 5:00.
Monday evening brings a Christian Ed. meeting at 7:00 p.m.
There is NO Kid's Club on Wednesday, but the choirs will be rehearsing.
The office will be closed on Thursday and Friday. We could still use some help filling time slots for the Living Nativity on Friday. If you volunteered to bake cookies to be passed out, the church should be open around 4:00, so you can start dropping your goodies off then.
I'm not one to get sappy and sentimental, but it is the time of year to count our blessings and think of all of the things for which we are thankful. I am thankful for all of you--if I need help or donations of some kind I can count on you, the love and support this congregation gives to my family is tremendous, and the opportunity to work here has been priviledge. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
