This Sunday, November 1, we will share Holy Communion in the worship service. You will want to prepare some bread – perhaps a corn tortilla, Naan bread, or a rice cake – as well as a cup of juice or wine. And because it is All Saints Day, feel free to set your Communion elements on a special cloth that reminds you of a saint in your life. You could even place the picture of a loved one beside the elements to remind you of the great cloud of witnesses.

We are kicking off our Stewardship campaign, "Three Great Loves."  This Sunday we are focusing on Love of Neighbor.  There is a special stewardship testimonial in this Sunday's worship service and attached is an insert that would have typically been including in our Sunday bulletin this week.  Please take a moment to read it over.  A letter and information from our Stewardship Ministry Team, and Estimate of Giving Cards will be mailed at the begining of next week.

Our Hanging of the Greens service will be held on November 29, and it will be like none we've ever had before. The service will be over Zoom this year and, while we usually green the church during the service, this year we will be inviting everyone to green their homes. To help us all feel connected, everyone will have the opportunity to complete either a wreath or garland which will be provided by the church and used at a designated time during the service. If you would like to participate, please sign up by completing this form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeqWU2nmkK8pMkooZkYYBG111TF3rW8zUxoRSgtwf3ugoCFYg/viewform no later than Friday November 6th, or calling the church office. Kits will be available for pick up at the church beginning Monday November 16th (deliveries can be made to those unable to pick up at the church).

Make sure you place your Chicken Dinner order by next week!  You can mail the form that was in the newsletter or call the office.  The Christ Church Cancer Crusaders appreciate your support!
