It's World Communion Sunday, Oct. 3. We will offer the sacrament of communion during worship. Stop for a treat and to say 'hi' after worship at the coffee hour. Youth Fellowship will meet at 6:00 p.m.
Consistory meets on Monday evening, 7:00.
The Youth Bell Choir and Kids Club starts on Wednesday!!! Both of these opportunities are for kids K-5th grade. Bell Choir will start at 4:45, and Kids Club follows at 5:30. Kids are invited to participate in either one or both of these activities. Friends are always welcome to join as well! The Adult Bell Choir rehearses on Wednesdays at 6:30, with Chancel Choir following at 7:30.

I hope you have your calendars marked for the Bonfire and Hayride on October 10, starting at 4:00. The hayride is set to take off promptly at 4:30, and promises to be a ride you won't want to miss! When we return from the hayride, smore's will be roasted (provided). If you would like to bring other food to cook over the open fire, feel free, and make sure to bring your lawnchairs and roasting sticks.
Shameless plug alert: The Orrville High School Earth Science Club is starting its annual Fruit Sale (apple, grapefruit, orange varieties). I know many of you look forward to the sale, and since there wasn't one last year, you might really be anxious to purchase some this year. See Jayne or Ella Wallace before or after worship on Sunday to place your order, or let me know if you would like anything. The top sellers earn a spot to attend the ESC trip during Spring Break.
