The Sacrament of communion will be offered this Sunday, February 4, during worship. Following worship, a congregational vote will take place to decide whether or not to sell the parsonage. The Parish Nurses will be available to monitor blood pressures, and coffee hour will be held after the vote. Home communion will be delivered at 1:00. Confirmation will meet at 5:00.
Be sure to purchase your tickets to the Daughters Dinner before or after worship in the educational hallway, outside of the office. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 ages 3-10, 2 and under are free. The Dinner will be held on Feb. 24, at 5:00 pm. The Fellowship Committee promises to bring some warm vibes to the party, so Punxsutawney Phil can crawl right back into his hole while we enjoy an evening of summer fun. There is a donation basket for Baby Bundle items set up in the Gathering Area if you have made a purchase. There are still more tags to be taken. All items need to be dropped off by Feb. 18.
A sign up sheet for the Women's Retreat, March 9-10, at Templed Hills is hanging on the office bulletin board. "Our Different Threads Woven Together" is the theme for this year's retreat. Ladies - Join us for fun, fellowship, reflection and laughter. Cost is $50.00. See Joi Hemphill or Margaret Maupin with any questions.
Spiritual Council will meet Monday at 7:00.
